The weekly rent list prices also include:

• welcoming package
• initial and final cleaning
• cleaning of the house – 1x per week during your stay
• washing/cleaning products
• firewood for the fireplace and barbecue
• utility charges (water, electricity, gas, etc.)
• free Internet access
• tourist tax
• provided parking
• the Holiday that suits you service

Minimal duration of stay is 3 days, with a 30% price increase per day, in case of a stay shorter than 5 days. The day of arrival doesn’t have to be a Saturday.
This excludes July and August when Saturday to Saturday booking is obligatory.
Payment due:

• 40% upon booking confirmation
• 60% minimum 45 days before arrival

First minute – for early bookings of more than 180 days in advance 10% discount is granted
Last minute – on request at our discretion
