1. General Cancellation Rules
Because private accommodation rules vary, use this neutral structure:
Cancellations must be sent via email or WhatsApp.
If a booking is cancelled before confirmation → no fees apply.
If a booking is cancelled after confirmation → cancellation terms will be provided individually depending on the season and dates.
2. No-Show Policy
If guests do not arrive without notice, the booking is considered cancelled.
3. Changes to the Booking
Changes are subject to availability.
